"Innovate Your Bank" Challenge: a great final!
A highlight of the Groupe BPCE's work-study Alternance campaign, the finale of the "Innovate Your Bank" 4th edition student challenge took place on April 2nd. This online challenge has become an essential event for students from business or engineering schools and from universities in France.
Launched in 2021, the "Innovate Your Bank" challenge, organized in partnership with the Agorize platform, brought together over 940 participants and 305 teams of 2 to 4 students who took on the challenge of stepping into the shoes of the Group's experts. Students had to present their projects on four diverse themes at the core of our activities: the bank of the future, the partnership with the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, the recruitment experience, and the cooperative model of the future. The goal was to submit a creative and innovative action plan around their chosen theme and develop the project's strategy from start to finish.
Four teams were selected based on these criteria and received intensive mentoring to be ready to pitch their projects before the Groupe BPCE's top management members during the final round. The 1st prize of the 2024 edition was won by the "ER7 Cup 59" team from Edhec Business School on the theme: "The Cooperative Model of the Future" rewarding their structuring project to redesign banking cooperation and prepare for the future of financial solidarity.
A long-lasting project
Since its launch on the Agorize website, nearly 1,000 students participate every year.

- 2021: Paris Dauphine University on the theme “Paris 2024”
- 2022: ISG Lille School on the CSR theme
- 2023: ICN Nancy School on the theme of banking offers for young people
The rendez vous is made to discover the new features of the 5th edition of the Innovate your bank challenge, in order to further stimulate the spirit of innovation among students and to encourage vocations to join the Group's companies.
