Confirmed mobility policy
Groupe BPCE recently signed a new agreement on the forward management of jobs and skills. Concluded for a period of 3 years, this text is a continuation of the agreement signed in November 2011 and provides a structural framework for the Group’s companies and employees related to key issues such as skills development, career management, professional mobility, training, equal opportunities, and the career development of union representatives. The agreement also includes the new legal provisions on professional interviews, vocational training, and the so-called ‘generation contract.’
During 2014 as a whole, more than 4,000 job offers were published outside the Group. We also post up our vacancies on the in-house employment exchanges within our subsidiaries.
Permanent career support services
Each Group subsidiary has its own Human Resources department included in a human resources network spanning the entire group. The HR officer plays a key role in this structure and is the direct contact responsible for assisting employees, offering them individual career advice, and recommending future career opportunities in line with their aspirations.
The determination to promote the “active listening” of employees is founded on a comprehensive HR service: annual performance appraisal interview, a skills assessment and professional appraisal interview every two years with their line manager, and regular career interviews with the local HR officer.
